Independent Junior Research Group
Welcome to the Computational Structural Biology group. We use computer simulations to study membrane proteins.
Starting from experimentally derived 3D structures we build models of membrane proteins and their micro environment to study their structure & dynamics. Based on these data we then make predictions that reiterate back into further experiments, increasing our understanding of the protein in question.
Our current focus is on membrane transport and antibiotics resistance. Please have a look around to find out more about who we are and what we do.
